Become a governor for a Peterborough school - posted 4th Jun

This document explains more:

Your Support is needed.

Annual Peterborough Governor Conference on Saturday 16th June ( 9.30 – 12.30)

We have organised a main conference this year for all governors across the city and beyond, which is being held at Hampton Gardens school. This year we are very lucky to have a really strong format with presentations from Jonathan Lewis, Service Director Education for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough , Paul Brooker Regional HMI (Ofsted), the results of our Governor Survey across the city and a new format Q&A Panel with audience participation. In addition, we will also be holding a session for prospective governors, again with a different panel providing information and feedback.

We would really like to encourage governors across the city to try and attend this event, the better support we have, the more cost-effective it becomes for the LA to host these events in the future.  Attendance is of course entirely free.

If you know someone who might be interested in becoming a governor, then please share this email and ask them to register free to attend with this link : https://www.eventbrite.com/e/become-a-governor-in-peterborough-summer-term-conference-invite-tickets-46098745589

Thanks in advance

Year 6 Camp - posted 20th Jun

Our Year 6 children had a fantastic time at camp last week and what glorious weather they had!  They enjoyed activities such as cycling around Rutland water, water activities at Tallington Lakes, as well as high rope courses and abseiling!  Our thanks goes out to Mr Taylor and the other staff helpers who gave up their time to make it such a successful few days.
